I am a certified holistic Health Coach. I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I got an amazing education and I want to share what I learned with you. A holistic approach to health and wellness means that we will explore how all parts of your life affect your health.
I am a wife to my smart and wonderful husband. I am a coffee, wine lover, and animal lover. I am MOM to three 2-legged children and two 4-legged children. I am also the daughter of my 99 year old dad. They all keep me on my toes!
